By helping their clients, you also keep in mind that they would still be their clients too... Just remember how the I.R.E.S. referral network is working...
By keeping your clients for life, helping them buy (or sell) any type of property anywhere...around the world, YOU keep your clients happy, you help them and at the same time you share with another agent who will work with your clients to find them the perfect house they want in their area.
The fee structure is yours to decide, in our training we only offer suggestions on how we think it would be fair to work with other I.R.E.S. members, as after all if you are a Buyer's agent... and receive a Buyer from another I.R.E.S. member, and that buyer is ready to buy, he is qualified, and the I.R.E.S. agent is participating in the communication with his client. I think that you will soon find out that receiving 50% of a referral fee is still better than receiving nothing, as the client might not reach your office....
