Luxury Collection, is a new page created to help agents in their search for other I.R.E.S. Members working exclusively with Luxury properties.

We saw the need of such directory, to help our members when they need to find another agent , either to share their listings, or to make sure their clients are working with the best agent in the location where their clients want to buy.

It is important when dealing with High end properties to understand the mindset of the clients, and how the agent should act when competing for a high end listing, or showing properties in that market.

Within our training manual we have a few pages dedicated to that specific market, but we understand that there is a bigger need as we now have enrolled many new gents in different areas of the world and that the Luxury markets are in great need of help.

The Prestige Collection created  for that need, is the first step to take in order to market such properties, but more important will be the follow up, the constant communication, the level of expertise the agent will have to show in order not just to beat his competition, but also to achieve the goal... to sell the high end listing....

We would like to initiate a new teleconference specialized in that market niche, helping agents understand what they need to do, how they can improve their knowledge and how they can beat their High end market competition.

Our first selected office is the newly opened RE/MAX Property Experts in Cannes (French Riviera)

All their agents are I.R.E.S. certified and all of them have completed the REI training which stands for the Real Estate Institute.
