We are changing the Prestige Collection.

Each of you wanting to promote your listing with another I.R.E.S. member will have to follow the instructions in order to be accepted in that new Prestige Collection placement on the Castlesandestates.com web site.

The Prestige Collection listing should have a PDF file prepared by the Original Marketing/Listing agent. On this PDF file you will find information about the listing, and about the agent .

How to use the

NEW PRESTIGE COLLECTION:

A)   If you are a PROMOTING AGENT; (You want to promote another I.R.E.S. Member's property)

1)  See the properties that are made available for you on the new Prestige Collection feature on the www.castlesandestates.com   site,

then go to OUR SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE

2)     Ask the original listing agent, who will forward you the file they have prepared for you regarding the specific property

or once you have authorization from the original listing agent,  you  just have to download the agreement they made available on : www..internationalrealestatesocialnetwork.com
It will be in any group or forum they created or in the "files"section of that site.

(If your broker wants a signed copy send it to the original listing agent to sign)

a) The original listing agent has already downloaded the agreements on the site  or

b) Ask Original Listing agent to prepare A1 and A2 giving you authorization to use the property on your web site.

If you want to input the property on your local MLS you have to ask special permission from the original listing agent (Only one agent per property per MLS)

 3)  If you need more pictures for your web site: Download them directly from www.castlesandestates.com
Or ask Original Listing agent to e mail you more pictures

Price and other information are on the www.castlesandestates.com web site in the New PRESTIGE COLLECTION
If you need more details ask the Original Listing agent.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE AGREEMENT AVAILABLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.BY ENTERING YOUR PROPERTY TWICE ON THE SITE YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

REMEMBER:
WHEN YOU DESCRIBE A PROPERTY NEVER CHANGE ANY INFORMATION ON YOUR OWN.
ALWAYS CONSULT ORIGINAL LISTING AGENT

B) You have a property  to promote in the new PRESTIGE  COLLECTION :

1) Prepare a PDF file without your information, without price or information that could change.

Contents of the PDF file: Description of the property, Location with map ( showing the exact location of the property) Pictures and details of the features and amenities of the property.
(The pdf file should be able to stay accurate at all times without having to change it and replace it)

2) Prepare another file on a word document with:

information on you, your office, actual price and details that might change.  (So Promoting agents know who you are, how to reach you etc) You will be able to e mail that document to all agents requesting it.

3) Enter  the listing twice on www.castlesandestates.com  with pertinent information.Make sure that you follow the instructions set by the web master regarding the size, name and other details. Computers have a language of their own and we need to be compatible.

4) E mail admin@iresagent.com and  let us know you have uploaded the property twice,please include the following information on the e mail:

Name of the property (description) price, your name and e mail address and phone number.

5)Upload the pdf file to the internationalrealestatesocialnetwork.com site and to other agent's promoting sites or groups
6) Once we received the e mail with all information requested your property will be if accepted,and  pushed to the New Prestige Collection listing, which is now a Promoting feature allowing all our I.R.E.S. members to promote.I
You have 2 choices:

1) One allowing only names of ALL I.R.E.S. members to show on the site  or

2) Allowing ALL names and YOURS. as the original listing agent.

(I suggest choosing the first solution but that is my personal opinion.)

Remember that your listing will show up in the regular featured property with only your name.

Requirements for property to be accepted in the Prestige Collection site:
1)    You need to have an exclusive listing agreement
2)    You need to have a fee structured allowing a Promoting agent fee and Buyer’s agent fee
3)    The property needs to be entered twice on the castlesandestates.com site.

Every time you make a change on your Prestige Collection listing ,  you will need to contact the agents who requested authorization to promote and market your listing of any changes you made.

You need to remember under what field you entered the property, if it is a Single residence, Multi Family or any other field, as if you are searching for it you might not find it if you changed the field.

TEMPLATE AGREEMENT FOR THE PRESTIGE COLLECTION.

International Marketing Agent (YOU) represents and warrants that (s)he has a certain real estate listing located at ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY (the “Property”) that (s)he is willing to allow Promoting Agents to promote; and Promoting Agents desire to promote the Property. Please note that by accepting to showcase the above described property on the Castles & Estates website in the New Prestige Collection, Listing Agent (“International Marketing Agent”) agrees to grant to all I.R.E.S.members, the right to promote and market the above described property.

By accessing the New Prestige Collection, the I.R.E.S.  members agree to perform the duties necessary to promote or advertise the property as outlined in all of the agreements which have been prepared for their use in promoting and advertising the listings of other I.R.E.S. members and agree to notify the IMSCE llc and the Castles & Estates web site if they desire not to participate in the Prestige Collection Program.  By refusing to answer any inquiries from any potential client who calls them as a result of this website display, they are relieved from any promoting obligations and as they have pledged on the day of their Certification, they agree to pass on that potential client to another I.R.E.S. Certified agent, or redirect the client to the original Listing Agent (International Marketing Agent).

Promoting Agent can review the compensation agreement attached to the Promoting Agreement by e-mailing the original Listing Agent (International Marketing Agent) who hereby agrees to comply with the signed agreements.
 
By participating in the Prestige Collection Program, the I.R.E.S. members agree that the IMSCE llc and Castles & Estates web site are not liable for any damages arising from any dispute between members or agents who participate in this Program and offer the use of the Castles & Estates web site only as a marketing tool for the Listing Agent (International Marketing Agent) or a promoting tool for the participating I.R.E.S. members.
