Click on "Member" on the top right of the site and enter the password you were given at registration (FOR NEW MEMBERS ONLY Starting March 1st)

A French version has been added for our French Canadien Members and Other French speaking countries.

For all our I.R.E.S. members please visit the www.castlesandestates.com web site and use the username and password you were given when you enrolled.

     TESTING:

The I.R.E.S. Certification has 2 different tests.

The first one is found on  the 150 page training manual , along with a point qualifier (which does not count for the test...so do not worry).

The second test is after you have reviewed the videos. Upon completion of the two tests you will receive your printable I.R.E.S. certificate along with the template agreements in a word document easy to use.

You may also request press release and a personalized Listing Presentation letter.

The Listing Presentation letter is an important tool you may use to secure more listings, as showing your seller that you are an I.R.E.S. certified agent. 

Audree Mevellec and Arthur Hofmann have both signed the letter of recommendation and are explaining the numerous benefits for your seller to choose an I.R.E.S. Certified agent as his Listing Agent.
